Payment Options

Multiple ways to pay, including buy-now-pay-later via Klarna and instant checkout with Apple Pay or Google Pay. All UK prices include 20% VAT.

Card payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Shopify Payments gateway:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Maestro

All card transactions are encrypted and processed by Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment system. We never see or store your full card details.

Digital wallets

Apple Pay

Available at checkout if you’re shopping on a supported Apple device. One-tap payment with Touch ID or Face ID.

Google Pay

Available at checkout on Android devices and Chrome on supported browsers.

PayPal

Pay using your PayPal balance, linked card, or PayPal Pay in 3 (where eligible). Your PayPal address can also be used as your shipping address.

Klarna — Pay later or pay in 3

Klarna lets you split your order into three interest-free payments, or pay 30 days later — subject to Klarna’s eligibility criteria.

How it works:

  1. Choose Klarna at checkout
  2. Klarna runs a soft credit check (this doesn’t affect your credit score)
  3. If approved, your order is dispatched as normal and Klarna manages the payment schedule

Frequently asked questions

Are my card details safe?

Yes. We use Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never see or store your card details — they go directly to Shopify’s payment processor.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Bank transfer isn’t available at standard online checkout, but for trade or large orders we can arrange this. Contact us for details.

Do you accept American Express?

Yes, including AmEx Membership Rewards earning on eligible purchases.

Why was my card declined?

Most declines are caused by your bank’s fraud filters flagging an unfamiliar online retailer. Try the transaction again or contact your bank to authorise it. If it still fails, contact us and we’ll help.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. UK orders include VAT and standard UK delivery.
