Once your order has dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. Click the link to see real-time courier updates.
Where’s my email?
- Frame-only orders: tracking emails usually arrive within 1–2 working days of placing your order
- Prescription orders: tracking emails arrive once your lenses have been made and the order ships, typically 5–10 working days after ordering
Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find the tracking email.

Common questions
My tracking link says “delivered” but I haven’t received it
Check with neighbours and any safe-place locations. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.
The tracking hasn’t updated for several days
This is usually a courier scanning gap rather than a real delay. If there’s no update for more than 5 working days, get in touch.
I need to change the delivery address
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll update it. Once shipped, we’ll do our best to redirect via the courier but can’t always guarantee it.
I missed the delivery
Most couriers leave a card with redelivery options or a local depot for collection. Follow the instructions on the card or in your tracking link.
