DELIVERY TRACKING
Right after you place your order, we will send you an email with all the shipping details.
This email will include the name of the carrier and a tracking number. You can use this number to see where your order is and when it is expected to arrive. This way, you can easily keep an eye on your new order from the moment they leave our store to when they reach your doorstep.
Check Your Order Upon Arrival
When your order arrives, please make sure to carefully check the item before receiving it. If it is not what you expected or if it is damaged, you've got choices. You can refuse to accept the delivery, return the items that aren't right, or exchange them for something else.
We're dedicated to making sure you're totally happy with your purchase, and we want your experience with Ardor Eyewear to be awesome from beginning to end.
Domestic
- All non-prescription glasses will be delivered in 10 business days
- All prescription glasses will be delivered in 10 business days
International
- All international orders will be delivered between 5 to 17 business days
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
