If you do not like your glasses you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will either (a) credit your account for the total cost of the frames, (b) exchange them for other frames, or (c) we will refund in full the cost of the frames. (*We cannot refund the cost of lenses or any additional coatings that may have been added as this is a customised item). We do not reimburse postage when returning any items.

**Please note - All non-prescription eyewear must be returned with the original packaging with case and cloth, or no refund will be given.

Please include everything you received in the original order including case cloth and frame, as well as a cover note stating your name, your order number and how you would like to proceed with your order i.e., refund, exchange, lens upgrade or other.

If you wish to exchange your order, please clearly state what you would like to exchange your order to, if you wish to upgrade your order to add lens, please state what lenses you require, if you would like any coatings and any extras.

Once we receive your order back in store, we will action your request.
